What equipment do I need?
All you need is a barbell and a few plates. You’ll also need a place to safely set up the barbell, like a corner.
Do I need to be an advanced trainee?
No, in fact, it’s a solid program for beginners. A lot of these exercises are particularly easy to learn and far superior to other “beginner” programs that include in reality all kinds of challenging exercises. If you’re a beginner, just use light weights to begin with and ease into it.
Is this program for advanced lifters?
Even if you’re advanced, these exercises are simple to make challenging by just adding more plates. But, a lot of them I promise will be challenging right off the bat.
